Well, a vapouriser with some menthol is the best but to run and make daily exercise is a must, and of course, to reduce cigarettes to very less possible.

Also Patience is required, lungs didn't came dirty in one day, so they will not get clean suddenly.

The best way to help your lungs get "clean" is to do this: Take about 10 slow deep breaths. Hold each one in for about 5 - 10 seconds. When you are done doing this, cough nice a big. Do this about three times a day. This is a good and natural way to help you maximize the use of your lungs.
