Theres these random things i get on my skin all over?!

Question: i can pop them when i do i'm pretty sure puss or something like that comes out then blood.

does any one know what they are?

it could b zits or sumthing like that cuz i have gotten a few things like that b 4

Just sounds like acne... I would try an anti-acne body wash.
