I have Chrons Disease, is Crystal Light ok to have?!

Question: I've been doing my research but I can't seem to find out if Crystal light is ok to have while I am having flare up symptoms. I know I can't have carbonated drinks or anything. But can I have other things besides water? Any good suggestions for food?
