Question: ok i am coming down with a head cold. My head hurts and my ears do to. I am congested and my nose is stopped up. I am not coughing much but i do have stuffy nose. what can i do . My winter prom is next weekend and i need to be well help Thanks!

I know how you feel, I got it too and I always get head colds. get plenty of rest, drink fluids and tea with honey, avoid milk, and take Advil Cold & Sinus.
Advil always break up the cold for me so have plenty of tissues on hand.
Rest, lots of fluids, chicken soup and Tylenol when needed for achiness and headache. Feel better.
I had similar symptoms a week or so ago. It turned out the pain and pressure in my ears and head were due to a sinus infection. If the pain gets worse, or if you've had sinus infections in the past, I'd go get it checked out.
