Question: She doesn't itch ... and she had one around her vaginal area that disappeared. She had a vaccine for chicken pox and also for MMR. (measles, mumps ...) Have you tried giving her benadroyl, she could have a allergic reaction to something, food, laundry detergent, etc.. Its not chicken pox or measles. I wouldnt think it would be scabies unless she has it on her arms. Take her in, if it doesnt go away after 48 hours, after giving her allergy medicine. Or if her fever goes up above 101 and stays constant. Make sure she is hydrated as well, lots of fluids is important, Pedialite,
