Tentative Diagnosis?!
Question: Feeling the following symptoms. Just out of curiousity, anyone know what this could be?
1) Muscle aches (comes and goes, mostly in neck and back)
2) Mild naseua (cant spell it. Even so, it doesnt seem to put a crimp in my appetite or anything. It's just uncomfortable.)
3) Fatigue. This one seems the worse by far. I've slept a bunch (stayed off school for two days) and haven't become any less completely knackered. I'm exhausted.
Also, though it may be irrelevant, just after the first day of this, I went through three minor nosebleeds the second day. I finally just went home from school, tired of keeping to the bathroom and trying to stop it. It wasnt a gushing bleed, and lasted about five-eight minutes tops.

It may be some viral infection. Get a check up.
You may take pain reliever and anti emetic drugs for immediate relief.
