try Merderma,the cost is worth it.
Use an abrasive pad with a good lathering soap on your face. Scrub it pretty hard as to remove a layer of skin at a time. After a few months, you will begin to see results. This does not hurt you and your complexion will clear gradually, without cost or pain.
go to a dermotologist and get either microdermobrasion or a chemical peel. it will get rid of your older damaged skin on top and bring through the clear undamaged skin underneath, bit pricey tho.
