Don't take the medicine you are taking to frequently, or your body will stop responding. :) Most the time, medicine doesn't really help anyway.

Try drinking lots of fluids, and get some Vitamin C in your system. It'll help alot, and you're body will be able to fend off the virus you have alot easier if it's hyrdrated.

You can go and see doctor or buy flu medicine and have a good rest.

Drink lots of orange juice or take Vitamin C... helps me out a lot when I am sick.

I would make ginger tea from the actual root or boil a lime with a little honey.

Just drink LOTS of liquids, and take extra vitamin C if you aren't already. Eat oranges and stuff, too, they'll always help.

I know you've heard it before, but rest and plenty of fluids are the answer. What you describe sounds viral and has to run its coarse. Sorry.

Take Zicam. I swear by it. It has always worked for me. It's a little pricey. Like 9 dollars a box. But it'll make you sleep for about 12 hours and you'll wake up never knowing you were sick.

Nope just blow your nose alot and dont sniff it back up - your body is trying to wash your nose out so the more you let out onto the tissure the quicker you'll be washed clean

Steam helps clear the sinus and hopefully your running nose.
This won't help you immediately - but go on line and purchase a netti pot with sea salt - it's perfect to keep colds and sinus issues from returning. I say it on Oprah and got one from Isabella on line - it's perfect.... hope you feel better.

You cant cure a cold with medication, it just takes rest and fluids. OTC medications can relive symptems to help you rest if your coughing or constantly blowing your nose. Some say Zinc and Vitamin C helps to decrease recovery time but its not certain how or why.

How long have you had it for and how long have you been taking the medicine for? Most colds go away with time and lots of rest and fluids. Make sure you get heaps of sleep because when you are in a deep sleep (in your REM cycle) this is where your body heals and recuperates. So catch some ZZZ's and feel better soon! :)

orange juice....the greatest cure.

and every ten-fifteen minutes, blow your nose.
take your index and middle finger and rub it on your tongue until your throw up all your stomach acids (do this on an empty stomach)

drink a lot of orange juice. In the mean time make gargales with water and salt, the water as hot as you can stand it. If you have fresh oranges or grapefruits better.

for colds i usually but my feet in warm - hot water (but not unbearably hot) and sit near a heater or fireplace for an hour or more a day and get lots of sleep (even nap in the day if you can) also use your warmest cover (blankets)

I have always found that a humidifier works pretty good. Also, if you turn on the shower in the bathroom, shut the door, and let the hot water run for about 10 minutes, then, go in the shower and sit.. It does help a bit. I hope you start feeling better

The natural remedy "Airborne" is in most drugstores, grocery stores, Target, etc nowadays. It tends to work best at the beginning of a cold.

When I used to see an accupunturist, she gave me something called "Coldquell" that worked well on one cold.

Echinacia, vitamin C and Zinc all have their proponents.

I know that various asian remedies exist. There is a well known one in japan called Ryu Kakusan (spelling?) that is very good at clearing chest congestion.

Take a teaspoon of honey for your throat.
Your nose will just have to be blown. in fact I am envious...My wont run at all!

drink tons of fluids, get tons of sleep. sprite and orange juice helps me

Taken some benedryl it will dry you right up.
