Right-sided chest pain?!

Question: Just come on all of a sudden whilst walking down the street.

It felt like a sharp pain that lasted for around 10 seconds or so on the right hand side, felt like it was going from the collar bone to the breastbone, and I did belch soon after and the pain went so i'm wondering if it was just trapped wind?

Other things of note, 23, mild anxiety disorder, normal blood pressure and cholesterol, slightly overweight, seasonal asthma (winter months mainly) Non smoker.

Thanks in advance for answers.

Anxiety can give rise to chest pain and cardiac symptoms. Probably a one off. Were you anxious at the time or generally feeling stressed? Try controlling your breath. Slow it down and breathe out the anxiety
