maybe it's acne?
if it's stranger than acne and you've gotten these spots before you might have some kind of rash that might need to be checked out by a doctor.
you can put a deep cleasing skin masque on it
Try body shop's tree tea products,make sure you put every thing on it so that it is better for monday. Good luck!
