heyy i hope i can help. the gooey stuff is vaginal discharge and its perfectly normal. youre probably pretty young. and bumps can be a reaction of shaving or just skin rubbing against other skin so you have nothing to worry about. please give me points!!

If you are sexually active, stop. If there is an odor it's probably an infection.
it can be vaginal discharge, very common in use females. Make sure their is no smell or it is white to clear discharge. Most cloudy white to clear discharge maybe harmless, but yellowish, clumpy white discharge with a smell can be other wise. that maybe bacteria vaginosis which is a build up in bacteria in which u'll have to take 2 weeks worth of pills but it is not an STD. If it turns out to be the yellowish.... then go to ur doctors or a free clinic... hoped i helped
