Parvo can infect both puppies and older dogs.
Parvo can infect a vaccinated animal if the annual vaccines are not fully up to date.
Parvo is NOT always fatal. It can be treated. It is generally much more fatal in puppies than in adult dogs.
Keep your dog well hydrated. Do not miss any of her pills. Get them into her right on time. Put a tray at your front and back doors with a bleach solution in it for people coming in and out of your house to step into. The virus is living somewhere both inside and outside of your house. Make sure all your floors are washed, carpeting, anything that the dog or puppy sleeps on or lies on.
Make sure that she gets some food into her, ground beef and rice mixture.
She will need lots of love and attention. Major care, lots of it.
She does have a chance of survival. You CAN pull her through.
I wish you all the luck in the world!!!
Prayers all the way for Puddles!

Parvo is fatal and cannot be cured. However, it typically only affects puppies. Are you sure your dog has it?

I was told by a few people that adult dogs cannot have parvo, only carry it. I would check with another vet if i were you.

Parvo can be treated. I didn't know adult dogs got it. My son's 8 month old got it. We took him to the vet. He stayed there a couple of days and was as good as new when we got him home. If she has stopped the vomiting and diarrhea then she might be getting better. The vet can give her IV fluids if she's not drinking. You need to call your vet and find out what signs you need to look for and tell him your concerns. I'll pray for you and your puddles.

Puddles will be able to pull through, I'm sure. Parvo is very hard for younger dogs to fight, but it usually doesn't kill older dogs. Just make sure she stays hydrated. If need be, you can take her to the vet and get IV fluids if she can't keep water down. It will be okay, just give your vet constant updates, and continue treatment. Don't give up on her. So sorry to hear about Maggie Mae. Parvo is a nasty disease! :(
