Diarrhea with azythromicin?!

Question: I am on 500 mg for the three days, took my second dose today and have had horrible diarrhea, I know this is a side effect of the medication, but I just feel really horrible and am annoyed that the 'remedy' made me sicker.

That is a side effect of antibiotic therapy. You can try eating yougart, and make sure it has live yougart cultures. They will help reestablish the normal flora of the intestine and may reduce the diarrhea.
