Why is it when I focus on my breathing, I feel like I'm not getting enough o!

Question: (And also a tad light-headed)

Answers: (And also a tad light-headed)

Do you know that most people don't even know how to deep breath properly? Whe you take in a deep breath you stomach should go out first, then your diaphragm should drop down as your lower rib cage expands and then the lungs fill. Exhalation should always be passive. If you are feeling light-headed you are either hyperventilating or having a panic attack. Try using the belly breathing technique while doing mediation. It'll do wonders for you mind.

same here i wonder why that is?

Because you are FOCUSING on your breathing.
Breathing is an involuntary response, let your
body do what is has to do and think of something
else!

You are hyper-ventilating, thats why I guess.
