Well yes. If you look at how the anus is physically, it was never meant to have anything go up it but down and out.
So when you have anal sex there is some measure of force used albeit small and supposedly gentle. There is some tearing that occurs and this leads to small sores, cuts etc and yes transmit ion of STI's as well. So condoms should be used all the time and lubrication in the form of KY jelly not Vaseline, spit or cooking oil! Not a process to be rushed.

Yes. when u have anal sex, u can bleed. to have sex with raw blood extracting back and forth u can get irritated or get a disease. better strap up. u never know if the person has other blood diseases like hepatitis, sickle cell, etc.... be careful!
