Soft stool, irregular heart rate, high blood pressure?!

Question: every morning i get up i have to go the bathroom imediadtly! pretty much everything i ate the day before comes out but really soft, kinda loose and it dissintagrates like diahrrea. during the day i feel somewhat lethargic, i get tachicardya at times and i get high blood pressure, my heart rate speeds up sometimes and i dont know why!!!

could it be hypertherodysm?

The stool could be IBS, I would talk to my doctor about the high blood pressure and the tachycardia. The fast heart rate might be making you feel lethargic.
