It's called a canker sore. If you live in America, they have medicine you can get at almost any store, to put on the sores.

Its called a canker sore.
It comes from not flossing and brushing regularly.
Basically when u eat , food particles get stuck in your teeth and some fall down in your jaw. If it has long enuf time to sit there, without being removed ( this is why they say brush at night and morning.. even once in the afternoon if possible) it will eat a hole in the skin... causing th canker sore.
The cheapest and easiet way I have found that works for that is gargling with salt water.
Its as easy as it sounds..
Get a cup, put some salt.. ( c'mon not just a little dash.. and not the whole shaker... just a fair ammount.) Add some water.. stir... Peridocally thruought the day gargle with this mix... morning... after eating something... etc.. and smoking too.... it should be gone in a few days!

And remember to keep BRUSHING!!
