I have this weird sensation...?!

Question: I'm 14 and female, sometimes (lately it's been happening more), I feel weird, and my brain feels tingly, almost burning, and it feels almost euphoric, but it makes me nervous too and feel panicked. I's been happening a lot lately (about 5 times yesterday) and I devlop headaches from it sometimes and forget to breathe. It's really difficult to explain how it feels, and I tried to tell my mother (she's a nurse), but she didn't really understand. I don't feel like passing out, and both my parents smoke around me, I'm anemic and I don't drink or do drugs.
It's really weird and I was hoping someone had an explanation for it, it'd be really helpful!!!!

Sounds like you might be having panic attacks or some type of migraine headache. I'd try and stay away from the smoke as much as possible, and start taking vitamins with iron. Most important is to ask your mom to take you for a complete physical.

GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!
You might have a allergic reaction the smoke. But try to go to the doctor.

I'm a firefighter/medic....not a Doctor, it could be many things....have you started your menstural cycle yet...many have at that age, and many haven't. Your body is going through many changes right now, as you are going from a young girl to a young lady. Other things maybe causing this sensation over your body, stress at school, at home, endorphins are really hopping right now. I really don't think it's alot to get worried about. The best thing to do is to relax and maybe sit down...have a drink of water, and it should pass.
