It's winter time, you probably have winter itch or hard water. Try a water softner or applying some lotion with aloe verde after shower.

have you tried a different soap, maybe its a reaction to what you are using. try somthing natural like goats milk, or a pure non perfumed soap

maybe your skin is just dry. the best lotion i have ever tried is lachydrin. other good brands are aveeno, goldbond, and vaseline intensive care.

You should really get ahold of someone to come and test your water to see if there's anything wrong with it.
Try getting ahold of your local health department and see if they can recomend someone.

scabs they live under the skin and when skin gets warm they begin to more laying more eggs see doctor, someone got it from school or somewhere must be treated, I've seen many cases in hospital where I've worked.

before you get out of shower and before drying off rub on baby oil. Then dry off with towel not rubbing to hard. you will slicky at first but your body absorbs the oil fast. guarantee the itchyness will be all better.

Try switching your soap. You could be allergic to it. Also (and probably more likely if your whole family is experiencing this) some soaps, especially liquid "body wash" type soaps, leave a film on your skin no matter how well you rinse.

Alternately, try having a good scrub with a loofah or one of those net puffs; sometimes, especially if you soak a bit, you can loosen up enough dead skin that it feels itchy and wants to come off.
