You have Oral Allergy Syndrome (OAS). Apples are quite common to cause this. This is actually a cross-reaction with other pollens, for example. It rarely gets worse (very rare problems) and usually doesn't show up if you cook the fruit of veggie (your lips probably don't itch when you eat apple pie). You don't need testing (you are already symptomatic with the allergan in place), and you don't need antihistamines. Just eat your apples cooked, or be careful in limiting quantities.

your highly alergic stop eating them

That you are probably allergic to them. Did you just have one? Try taking a benedryl, that will help

you might be allergic. when i eat mangos my lips itch i am allergic to them

You're probably allergic, so you should stop eating them.

If you really want to know, you can get a doctor to perform an allergy test.

It means you probably allergic. I suggest you go to your family doctor so s/he can refer you to a specialist so that you can do an allergy test.In the meanwhile don't eat anymore apples.

Since you put it in allergies, I'm sure you know it probably means you're allergic!

You're probably allergic to them.

Try putting on a lip blam before you eat. That might help to stop the itching while you eat!

DON'T EAT APPLES. see your allergist.

You might be allergic. I know because for one i have a life thretening peanut and tree nut allergie and my mom and little sister get the same thing when they eat apples to. Try taking the peal off the apples and see if that helps if it doesnt you might want to go to the doctors to see if your allergic to them. You'll be fine
