i don't know.....i have one where i got my cartilage pierced and it bugs me but i should ask that too!

You cant. The only real way is to have it surgically removed. There are some prescription creams that help minimize small ones.

compression bandages and gels..but it takes a very long time to reduce a keloid..around 6-12 months
