Left Ear Is Clogged..Or Something?!

Question: Ok, so I got sick again recently, yes again, and got all stuffy and had a lot of pressure built up inside my head all the way back to my ears. I'm finally able to breathe again now, but my left ear is "clogged" as if it needs to be popped or something, like swimmers ear, minus the water. I've tried yawning, and all the other little things I could think of, but nothing helps. It's very frustrating, and the pressure inside it worsens when I bend down or even tilt my head down. Is there anything else I can do to get this thing to possibly pop, or at least "unclog"?

Your left Eustachian tube is blocked because of swollen tissue. I know how annoying it can feel.
