What is it when i go really hot and get a tight chest?!
Question: I can be sat down relaxing get hot and get a tight chest and feel uptight for no reason as soon as it comes on it goes I have had all the ecg tests stress test etc for heart all ok,it happens a lot i hate going to my Doctor.i am in my mid 50's is any one else out there suffering like this?

It sounds like the change of life has brought on panic attacks due to the change of hormone levels in your body. I would go back to your doctor and insist he helps you. Maybe a mild dose of valium may calm it down or a mild dose of anti-depressant. Good luck, I hope it calms down and you feel better.
yes it's anxiety related to hormone changes. are you approaching menopause by any chance? these sound like classic hormone related symptoms
maybe hot flashes or heart attack? better go to the doctor maybe your blood pressure is spiking??

i experiance the same thing i have had all the tests,i hate going to the doctor to i feel that i am a wee pest thats what i experience,i am in my 60,s and no that old age has a lot to look forward to,i hope that things work out ok for you....
As above it does sound like anxiety. Our bodies can play some nasty tricks on us!
If you are fearing it might happen the likelihood is you will set it of subconsciously!
I am sure you will be able to pick up some relaxation techniques to combat this, no problems!
