Tiredness on its own can have many causes and does not necessarily mean you are anaemic. Do you have other symptoms such as getting breathless easily or pallor (if you pull down your bottom eyelid is it very pale pink rather than red)? Anaemia is a clinical diagnosis, and can only be made following a blood test as there are a number of different causes, all with different treatments. If you are worried you should talk to your mum and arrange to see your GP. A number of answers have suggested iron supplements and that is fine if it is as a multivitamin and mineral tablet, but please do not take anyone else's iron tablets as that can be dangerous if you do not have iron deficiency. Good luck.

Take iron tablets for starters. Also eat the greenest veggies you can find. Broccolli, and spinach pack a lot of iron.

No I think yo should def talk to your parents about this and have them set you up with a doctor to have you started on iron pills so you can enjoy your life.. good luck

Believe it or not, exercise and healthy diet will work a miracle. You could add an iron supplement, or eat more liver.

Theres nothing scary or complicated when it comes to iron deficiency anemia.
Take supplements if your diet is really lacking in iron. More meat, and iron fortified cereals would do the trick.

Iron supplements
Eating more green leafy veggies, like Kale, collards, spinach
Take a tablespoon of Molassas daily.

Eat balanced meals
Cut out caffein, soda, sweets
Excersise more

Imemia? Hahahahahahahaha
It's ANEMIA.
Take Geritol or iron supplements.

How do you know whats wrong unless you go see a Doctor? Who diagnosed your condition? Chances are good your not eating properly, I would start by eating a few good meals a day for a week and see if that helps. If not, go see a Doctor.

You can take an iron supplement, but take a vitamin C supplement with it. Vitamin C helps the body in absorbing the iron.
