continue doing what you doing. swallowing that **** will just make you worse and possibly even sick. a little break when your sick will only make it even cooler when you go back because the wont be as high a concentration of toxins in your system that you will end up getting higher for a longer period of time.

It should go away, maybe it has been brought up by a cold or illness.
Try hot beverages like tea or coffee.
Avoid milky or dairy foods which cause more phlegm.

you could try gargling with salt water.

or quit doing illegal drugs

Quit smoking

Umm... obviously stopping smoking would probably be best.

I always have honey if I have a sore throat, it helps sooth it, and the sugar rush is cool!

stop smoking and you'll feel better. After a few months you shouldn't have any problems.

Shoe, that must be irritating.

I know that the pharmaceuticals sell a antibiotic that you spray directly into your throut. I think it is called ant exes.

Or you can "Gogol" every day with carbensoda and salt with warm water.

hope it works.

dun dun dun! can this be a sign of your body telling you how big of an idiot you are!? i think so! stop doing it. you save your body from cancer, chemical imbalances in your brain, short term memory loss, blah blah blah, stoners are idiots. :]
