Its one of the ingredients in skin care products that aid the cure of acne. DO NOT POP YOUR ACNE. You will leave a permanent pit or 'hole'. Also a black pigmentation that will stay there for many months. Just let the acne heal by itself, it takes longer but its certainly better then having a pit on your skin.
