My coins head iches?!
Question: My cuzes head has a minor rash and it is kinda puffed up. Its small but spreads just a little hes been scratching on spot and it began to bleed. Does any one no what it his? What should he do? Oh, and it stinks when he touches it and we but water on it and he said it burns. He aslo sometimes switchs shampoo could he be alrgic to one? Any thing will help.

minor rash, itching and puffed up lesion points to an eczematous lesion. the smell can be due to superadded infection. a course of a good antibiotic with an antifungal drug and local application of a steroidal oint should help and a dermatologist has to be consulted.
