How does a person get rid of age/brown spots on the back of your hands???!

Most of the OTC's are not really strong enough. You can get prescription Hydroquinone 4% that works alot better. Some doctors will have a compounding pharmacy make an 8%Hydroquinone.

You also NEED to wear sunscreen every day even on your hands
I would have suggested using a pen to connect the dots and color them in and call it a tatoo Report It

    I believe the only sure-fire way to get rid of them is to have them removed professionally.

    Skin tone nuetralizer, evener. Avon has a lot of products that you might want. Also wear sunscreen on them as much as you can.
    stay out of the sun have your dr prescribe a cream
    RUB WITH A LEMON.
