Anyway chicken rocks!! Just be careful WHERE you buy your chicken from! lolz....buy expensive ones..if it's on sale or whatever, DON'T buy it.
btw always watch the news for bird flu break outs....and I'm pretty sure there isn't any now.

The bird flu is not gone, and it most likely will not leave for a long time. I'm sorry. Maybe you could get some chicken from another country. It's probably very expensive, but you might think it's worth it. Sorry.

the h5n1 virus is currently no big threat as it hasnt mutated into a air born virsus and cant be passed human to human only when this happens will there be a large problem but as long as the meat is thoroughlly cooked properly there is no risk according to sciantists another food that is meant to protect against it is saurkraut pickled cabbage but until its mutated dont worry much

The virus is in the feathers, skin and feet and not in clean, cooked meat. The virus is destroyed on cooking. Get chicken meat which is cleaned and pre-packed. Cooked chicken is also safe. Those who handle chicken in poultry farms and those who slaughter and prepare chicken meat are the ones who are most in danger.
