Can cancer b detected by using ultrasound techs?!

Question: cancer cannot be truly ruled out just by using ultrasound techniques alone. With ultrasound it is possible to detect irregularities, tumors nodules but the diagnosis would not be conclusive, that is why a biopsy should be done to take a piece of the tumor or nodule to examine it if it is cancerous or not. Ultrasound only provides the way for the doctors to see if there is actually irregular masses but it is limited and cannot detect virtually all tumors. CT scan and MRI are far better. TO really diagnose cancer, you need biopsy, and besides CT scans and MRI provide a more detailed scan of your whole body and can be used to detect even small tumors

I have had mammograms, followed by ultrasounds, followed by MRIs, followed by biopies. They can see irregularities and suspicious masses/tumors. From everything that I've learned and experienced, the only way to detect cancer cells is by biopsies or blood tests.
