I have a ball of cattarh stuck in the back of my throat.How can I remove it?.?!

Try gargling with warm, salt water several times a day. You need to soften this up and the only way to do that is to add liquid.

It should start to disolve within a few days or sooner.

If it gets harder, bigger and you have symptoms of impaired airway flow---then you need to go to the ER.
