Pain in lower left abdomen front and in the back!?!

Question: on thursday 31st january, i noticed an odd pain on the left side of the groin. It lasted about 30 minutes, and was like a tweeking pain, like someones was pulling hairs out. Eventually the pain stopped there, and continued in my lower left abdoment area. This was a different kind of pain and it was constant for hours. I managed to fall asleep in the pain and i woke up with the exact same pain still there. On friday 1st February the pain continued to follow to my lower left back area. Again, it was constant for about 7 hours in total for the day. On Saturday 2nd, the pain got a lot worse and was there pretty much all day in my lower back. If i sleep straight (and therefore the mattress presses into my back) then the pain gets worse. It is a strong pain that tends to go away for a little while with Paracetamol. I feel feverish in terms of physically weak and get the chills now and then, but there is no actual fever when i check my temp.

What could this be?

I recently had the same symptoms you are describing and when I couldnt take the pain anymore I ended up at the ER and it was kidney stones that had actually blocked complete flow of one kidney. I ended up having two minor outpatient surgeries to get them removed and after a week I was completely back to normal. You should go see a Dr. as soon as possible and get checked out. Good luck and feel better!

UTI,kidney stones, get checked for fibroids or cyst in your ovaries

It could be lots of things. Go see a doctor ASAP. It could be your stomach, spleen, ovary, etc. Good Luck!

maybe appendix or a hernia but you need to go to the doctor a.s.a.p. very serious

kidney stones..

Go see a specialist..
