Where did the Asian influenza of 1957 enter the U.S.?!
Question: I'm doing research for a book I'm writing and one of the characters has a child that dies. I'm trying to find a certain epidemic that would be the cause of a 3-4year old male dying in the years of 1957-1958. Since the Spanish influenza happened 50 years earlier, it doesn't necessarily help. If the Asian flu isn't available, can you think of another one that would help me to murder a figment of my imagination? Please?
