Do you drink water?? A dr once told me that drinking water is the key but also that motrin will get rid of headaches and Tylonol covers them. BUT if your throwing up you need to see a dr. They will give you a shot to get rid of it. My hubbie had to go a few months. They did give him benadryl and tylonol together though so maybe try that tonight and go see a dr in the morn. or go to the hospital.

maybe its a sign of another problem if its behind the eyes make an appointment with your optician if its at the top it may be because of your sinuses. rest and take more painkillers wish you the best

You are going to have to tough it out. Just try to sleep if you can. The main thing is that you get help for the future. I've suffered for years but fortunately, as I've got older, the symptoms have got less severe.
Watch your diet and although it is difficult, try not to get too wound up about events in life.

Advil is a ibuprofen based painkiller. You can take ibuprofen and paracetamol together. It might help.
Get to a doctor right away! I would suggest the ER and tell them. It may not be a migraine.
I got a major headache years ago and it turned out to be a symptom of Narrow-Angle Glaucoma. Vomiting and nausea are also symptoms of it.
