Sometimes what can help break a fever is to get under tons of blankets, lots of clothes, etc and sweat it out. It doesn't sound like fun, but each time my fiance has had a fever, this is one of the only ways he can get it to break.

If it continues, you need to see a doctor, if you haven't already. There could be something else going on that you're not aware of.

You need to rest.

Listen, a fever is usually symptom of something else more serious (flu, stomach virus, etc). People don't usually get a fever without other symptoms - are you vomiting, passing out, feeling dizzy? I'm not a doctor - go see one.

Yeah..and some Ibuprophen..bt the fever is going down..so be patient..cold water....liquids...and I do love using and ice pack....maybe a cool bath as well!!!

Sleep.
Medicine.
Water.

CHECK IN WITH YOUR DOCTOR!

MM N IDONT THINK AN ICEPACK WILL DO ANYTHING.bUY SOME FLU MEDICINE.
DRINK ORANGE JUICE!
;D

Take Motrin or Tylenol......Hope this works.....Get well soon

Rest more.
&fevers are usually a sign of a greater sickness, because your body's trying to heat up to kill it.

Sleep/Rest , Wet rag over the forehead, take tylenol or somethign & call a doctor.

A fever is your bodies way of fighting off an infection.

You can take a cool bath or take tylenol to help with the fever but if you aren't uncomfortable then I would just ride it out.

go to your doctor ! 104 is dangerously high for an adult.your fever may have gone down for now but its better to have your doctor check you out.dont play doctor on your own by using your computer and asking for advise, you could have a relapse and really get sick.

Instead of worrying about the fever, figure out why you have one. Fever is your bodies way have fighting something and is not the problem. You should only worry when it gets very high. Since it is coming down, Perhaps it is doing what it is meant to and if it doesn't go away soon consult a doctor.

Yes ice may help but with a fever that fluctuates your best bet is to got to see a doctor. Your body may be trying to fight off an infection of or else could be going on. Right now there are different strains of pneumonia going around.

well it is going down on it's own, so your body is doing what it is supposed to do, elevated temperature will kill the bacteria, so if it is coming down on its own, just let the fever kill the bacteria
