Question: I want nice skin, and i wash every morning and nite (my face, that is). But i just have it bad on my chin. Everywhere else is fine. What should i do? Its not my diet either. I eat pretty healthy. So what to do?

I use an exfoliating pad and lightly rub that over my skin in a circular motion with a tiny bit of the facial cleanser I am using. Since acne is caused mostly by plugged up pores that get inflamed, this helps prevent that by removing the skin cells that would clog your pores.

You will have to figure out how many times a week to do this depending on your skin type. I have oily skin so I have to do this everyday or else I would break out all the time. The general suggestion is like twice a week or so for regular skin.

Do not rub too hard or for too long! Doing so will just irritate/cut your skin. It's always better to scrub too little then too much. Also a bit of lotion afterwards helps keep your skin from getting dry.

clean and clear does the trick for me.

I use benzoyl peroxide 10% (from clean and clear). I started using this in 1997 when you could only get this strength by prescription from a dermatologist but now it is available over the counter. If you want your skin to be always clear then you have to put this on everyday and not just when you feel like you need it.

If it is on your chin, and you faithfully wash your face, yoour phone may be the culprit. Wipe your phone off regularly with an antic-bac wipe, also don't rest your hand on your chin. A lot of people do that and it can cause break outs. If you don't do either of those things, then without spending an arm and a leg, try Neutrogena, they have a good line, not too pricey.

If you rest your hands on your chin while at the computer desk, desk at school or dinner table it may be dirt building up into the pores. As one mentioned, it could be the phone receiver. All you need to do is wipe your chin with one of those wet moist wipes. You can find them at a 99 cent store or local store. If you have hand santizer you can use that if you do rest your palms or fingers on your chin. It could be the clothing how you wipe your chin if you get sweaty or after a meal. You can use some homemade products. You can use aloe vera. You can get an aloe vera plant. Just try other solutions. You could rub a slice of lemon over your face to keep moist.
