Acne and Scars(isotretionin)?!

Question: I have started accutane(isotretionin)since last yr july/august..Initially i was placed on 10mg till october where i started 20mg and i was changed back to 10mg in January. The reason being my condition has improved dramatically and have had no break outs since august.

I need to know for how long more i need to go on with the accutane treatment and Will the acne return back?

And i have quite a few pit-holes like scar that are visible. What are the best options for removing them or at least making them go 60-70%. BEST OPTIONS?? And also some red like spots where the acne used to be?Could someone outline the procedure and treatment names ??Personal exp would be great

i am on acutane too.......30mg i started 40mg then drop to 30 then to 20 the next days ........it's my fourth month in treatment it is great i have shown no acne since then ...........i have to scars like holes or pits and some other red marks my doctor scheduled me for what is called dermaroller sessions next thursday he said they are effective for the pits it well fel it with my own body natural collagen he said it well work and will prevent future wrinkles >>>>>
and he said that the accutane make atrophy in the pilosebeceous gland so that no way acne return back again>>i hope that helped good luck>>

wash your face often with medicated soap with lukewarm water. Apply face pack based on clay or sandalwood powder. Both are equally good for pimple prone skin.Log on to http://tipsfromruby-acne.blogspot.com/ for a few home made tips to heal acne .
