You are allergic to milk.

You have three options

Avoid it
Get lactaid caplets
Drink lactose free milk.

Listen to the first one!

You are allergic to milk. Actually you are allergic to the LACTOSE in milk.

You have three options:

1.Avoid it

2.Get lactaid caplets (walmart has their brand that works just as well)

3.Drink lactose free milk and avoid anything with milk as a top ingredient.

I'm allergic to milk, I prefer to drink almond milk or Silk vanilla. I avoid things like ice cream and yogurt because of the high milk content. Cheese should be OK but in small quantities.

It seems to run in families too, a few of my cousins and two of my aunts are allergic to milk and so is my son.

You could be allergic to milk or be lactose intolerant. I'd find out and avoid the milk. You can get lactose-free milk.

Stop drinking milk, it sounds like you're lactose intolerant. You don't have to drink milk to get calcium, use orange juice with calcium and take a supplement. Make sure that it has vitamin D in it also because vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium.

Sounds like you are lactose intolerant. Try lower fat milk and see if that helps. Try goat milk or sheep milk and see if you have the same reaction.

You are lactose intolerant. Those who are lactose intolerant typically display symptoms that are linked to the digestive system. The best way is to avoid drinking cow's milk. Go for alternatives like rice or soy milk.

Sounds like you might be lactose intolerant. I suggest avoiding any kind of milk. Does this happen if you eat other dairy? Try going to your Dr or go to a nutritionist so they can tell you what else you can and maybe should be having instead of milk. :) Good luck.
