How do i control sweat pimples?!


Question: Take a shower right after your workout and wash your face and whole body with a loofah. Use Neutrogena liquid face soap on your face and a good simple soap on your body...nothing fancy. After washing your face in the mornings and night, put witch hazel on a cotton ball and wipe on your face esp. places where you break out. You should be good with this regimen. Oh, and if you wear makeup while you exercise, well don't.

try baby powder, it soaks up the moisture...

First - stop sweating. Try a good brand of anti-perspirant combined with baby powder (cornstarch, not talc) to help keep the skin dry.
