Water water and more water. Drink as must water as you can, I mean at least a gallon. Drink pee drink pee. Keep doing that till pee is clear. Then drink like a carnation instant breakfast and take a multiple vitamin.
PRUNE JUICE - start with an 8 oz (cup) serving. Check result in 24 hours. If not satifactory drink 2 cups.
