This is normal. Your blood pressure changes from minute to minute, depending on your activity levels and dietary intake. Most people take the blood pressure medications in the morning, thus the lower reading. By evening, the full effect of the med is wearing off.

According to american heart assoc. it should be 118/78 it changed from the old 120/80 but w/e differnt story. Medicine is normally not perscribed until the blood pressure is taken and is consistently over 140 multiple times. So depending on body weight and age and your medicine i cant say for sure what is normal for you. If you are really worried call your doctor's office it may be something they can handle over the phone.

it is very normal. your blood pressure can change from minute to minute. It depends on what you are doing, the things you have ate. Just talk to your dr. the next time you go if you are really worried. but it is normal.

Your blood pressure can change from minute to minute. Therefore it's "normal" to be different at different times of the day. If your BP diastolic (bottom number) is truly 88, you aren't getting enough control from your BP med. Are you watching your salt intake? Drinking enough plain water? Hopefully you're recording your BPs and take that log to your doc when you have check-ups. If your diastolic continues to be above 85, you should make an appointment to consult with your doctor.
