Is the only signs to pink eye crustys and a pink eye or are there other signs to!

-redness on the inner surface of the eyelid(pull it down and compare colors with the other eye)
-swollen or puffy eyelids
-lots of tears
-discharge of pus from the eye that crusts over if ignored, often causing the eye to stick shut first thing in the morning
-a "sandy" feeling in the eye
-eye pain

Often the whites of the eyes appear pinkish, and they get watery too.
when i had pink eye it felt like i had something stuck in my eye.
like an eyelash or something.
and it was SO itchy.
and kind of watery.
but those are the only others i can think of.
