Question: i keep getting bloody noses. ppl keep telling me its cuz of the dry weather. but, is there like anyway to prevent them or help prevent?

well iave nose bleed all the time what u do is this is what docs say pinch ur nose tightly and put a (cold towel, cold compress, somthing cold on your for head and lean your head forward0 but since im so busy i take a small amount of paper towels and ball it up and put it in the nostil that is bleeding what works the best is using a tampon absorbs it up fast no lie keep it in there though im not kidding it works after words if u couldnt breat u have a clear passager
but whatever u do dont lean your head back
Yes, it may be the weather.
But it also may be something you eat frequently.
When I was four years old, I used to eat a lot of chocolate... I still do. But back then, I got many bloody noses because of that. I probably had too much sugar.
So one way is to watch what you eat
Maybe your body is also too warm, so keep yourself cool somehow, and turn on the AC.
try to cut out using asprins.
It could be from dry weather. What you can do it use saline nasal spray. It will moisten you nasal passages. Also you could put steam into the air. Get a humidifier. It will add moisture in the air. If you don't want to buy one just boil some water and set the steaming pot in the room your in. This will moisturize the room also. Good Luck
