Exercise, drinking water, a low fat-low cholesterol diet.

I brought down my cholesterol by avoiding animal products in my diet.

If no doc right, but I'd like to share some advise about what I already know because my gran has high cholestrol and is on these horrible pills that make her feel dreadful. When she comes off these cholestrol-lowering pills she is absolutely fine and full of life but when she goes back on to the pills, she's just existing.

You can lower cholestrol by first cutting out the stress in your life.

Then do a work out for about 20 minutes each day - that's all you need to keep fit (make sure you get your heart pumping) and try to follow a healthy diet that is LOW in calories and HIGH in fruits and vegetables. Too much red meat isn't good. Eat meat and fish in moderation.

And drink plenty of water.
