NO! Ask a dermatologist for a cautery session or buy salycilic acid and apply it on your mole twice daily, it will fall out by itself.
Cutting it may cause bleeding and infection.
not yourself moles can bleed alot and not stop if you want it removed go and see the doctor who can give you some advice on the way forward
go to a Dr.. They will clip it off
