Do you think I have asthma?!

Question: I was prescribed an inhaler two years ago for allergy-related breathing problems. I was never diagnosed with asthma, but they thought it would be good if I had one for any allergic attacks I had. I have only used it sparingly, during allergy seasons once or twice a year. Nothing bad at all. Lately though, when I go outside into the freezing cold air, I am short of breath. It is like something knocks the wind out of me and I almost hyperventilate and cannot get enough air. I do not feel like I would die though. It is just uncomfortable. I then use my inhaler, and moments later, I feel fine. Sometimes I get it even without the really cold temperatures, but mostly when I go outside in the frigid. What do you think?

Yes, that was me when I had asthma and it is something that doesn't go away once your immune system is compromized. Your bronchi are irritated and sensitive so, you constrict in cold air.

There are different causes of asthma.

* Candida which can become systemic and live in every natural opening of the body causing worsening asthma over the years due to antibiotics or excessive dairy.

* Food sensitivities in the gut and the body reacting with a histamine response causing an asthmatic reaction like red wine or wheat or certain kinds of nuts or pesticides.

* Years or months of asthma medications coating the bronchial tubes which make the bronchi more susceptable to constricting in cold air or susceptable to colds and flus. So, the meds may open the constriction, but they cause the constriction in the long run.

Someone saw me with an inhalor and told me that they had something to build my immune system back up, and I've been asthma and med free since.

I will share what I did to become asthma and med free if you are interested.
