Help,I'm desperate?!


Question: Hey there, so I have to 'wake up' for school in about 4 or so hours, I've been awake ALL night. I've tried sleeping but, I can't, Im sick, and I have a stuffy nose, one side is unclogged, the other side isn't,so when I try to sleep i get all clogged up and can't breath, We don't have any vicks in the house, I've tried steam, that kind of thing, any ideas on what I can do? I need to sleep badly. D:

prop yourself up with a pillow and try to fall asleep kind of sitting up...then all that junk will quit pooling in your nose and stuffing you up and you might be able to sleep.. Or run to walgreens or CVS and get some robitussin gelcaps, they work wonders.

My mom said for a cold you can drink so tea with honey and add pepper and it should open your sinuses up. Try it and see how it is

Ah!! You reminded me of myself about 4 weeks ago! It was horrible: stuffed up nose,coughing,chest congestion/pain,the works!

For congestion: Sudafed! Works wonders.

For a cold ingeneral: cut 1 lemon into 4 pieces (keep the skin intact!) and boil it with 1 stick of cinnamon,and 1 clove of garlic. Serve with a big teaspoon of honey. Take 1 cup every 4 hours. You'll be good as new in about 3-4 days! Worked wonders for me!! Hope you feel better!

Honestly this is something my art teacher taught me to unblock my nose and it works!
Put your index finger on the tip of your nose and push upwards (to make a piggy snout) about 20 times. After this, push the unclogged side of your nose in and fiercly blow through the other nostrel; if this doesn't clear it, then repeate!

To help you with your tiredness, this is the best thing I can think of: On your way to school, buy some pro plus tablets or any other kind of caffine tablet.
I wouldn't reccomend you use them too much but in times like these they are a Godsend!
CHECK THE INGEDIENTS AND THE "Do not take if..." NOTES FIRST! We don't want you to get any more ill!

I once only had half an hours sleep and then went to dancing for 6 hours the next day, so it is possible to stay awake!!!

Take a lot of deep breaths during the day because lack of oxygen makes you sleepy and try to have a nice early night tonight!
