Hot hands and feet at night?!
Question: It's really irritates and sometimes it's hard to sleep because of this.. It doesn't happen all the time, just sometimes.. I usually soak my hands and feet in cold water so it would help cool both my hands and feet and it works! But I wanna know what's really the cause of this.. Any help?

I thought it was only 'me' !!
I cant sleep with any bedclothes over my feet or hands because they get too hot then i cant sleep. Theres nothing i have found u can do. Even having a cool shower b4 bed doesnt help. I will b checking out your answers !! good luck !
Night sweats are sometimes a sign of low sugar.
Also This could be a change in blood pressure.
