Will there be more of the deadlier disease, more than AIDS, that we don't kno!

Question: Humanity might not find the cure for AIDs in at least 5, 10, 20, or more years. If there's a very deadly disease has affect human, what do you think will happend to mankind?

AIDS, in comparison to hundreds of other diseases, is not extremely deadly. Medicine is able to slow the virus so that most patients lead normal, relatively long lives.
Other diseases, like smallpox and bird flu, can be caught in a matter of seconds (through the air) and can wipe out humankind in a matter of a few years.

The same thing that happens to any other species (keep in mind these are situations assuming that we found no cure, no means of prevention or escape):
1) Either our race would go extinct... OR
2) By the random chance of natural selection, a few would be left who would be immune to the disease and they would repopulate making a new, resistant generation

Evolution in action.. :)

hope this helps

PS - This isn't applicable for something like AIDS because, although AIDS is EVENTUALLY fatal, it allows the host to live past prime reproductive age...therefore it would just decrease our life span...
ALSO AIDS is preventable...you can take steps to not become infected.

I believe that there will be a new one, if AIDS is ever cured. Look at the past. Measles, Influenza, Polio, even Chicken Pox. They all killed & were incurable at one time. Now they all come as a booster shot for imunization.

First of all.. AIDS is not a disease, its a disorder that is most commonly caused by the HIV virus [a disease].

Currently, there is no cure for HIV, though with a proper treatment plan [ medicine, diet, and exercise], someone with the HIV virus can live out their entire life without ever getting AIDS.

As far as your question goes, there are plenty of diseases out there that are far more deadly then HIV, including the flu, which kills more people annually then all HIV related deaths combined.

aids kills but there are other more deadly things that lurk in the wings as if they were just waiting to kill man will die and be killed by the ravages of these diseases best thing clean the kitchen and bathroom twice a day wash your hands shower daily stay away form sex with people you dint know and trust in Jesus we shall all die but to die from an illness is worse it eats at you it consumes you daily it is relentless in its hunger for your life it is like a monster waiting for you eat your flesh were you stand

Unkindness is the worst disease of humanity because humanity is then not itself as kind. Then followed by lack of hope. Without hope people die slowly. The worst disease that could happen is the mass injection of it through tiny needles or infected insects bred by angry scientists. It may or may not be infectious or transmissable yet if on a mass scale and like bird flu it could kill off millions - for example in an airport, and poor people paid by scientists with the almost insignificant needles hidden near their hands, so when they take your luggage or greet you or even brush by you they infect you with it. Meanity.

Life is deadly. No one walks away.
