Pain in lower left abdomen, back and groin.?!

Question: I have been have lower back pains for a couple of days now, on the left hand side. At the same time, I am having a pain in the left groin, a horrible pulling hairs type pain that is constant. I showed a family retired GP and he suspected it to be a kidney infection. I also showed my local GP and she said it looks like a muscular problem because the pain is located lower than the kidneys, and the urine sample showed no traces of infection either.

Around the time of these pains, i have also discovered 2 small dark spots, one on my lower left abdomen, and the other on my left inner thigh, towards the groin. They are small grey coloured spots that weren't there before. Are these just normal, and i'm being paranoid, or is there something i should be concerned about ?

I have no signs of fever, but i am constantly physically weak and dizzy in the head. No pain or burning in urination. No signs of lumps anywhere for a hernia either. I'm on co-drydamol that only dulls pain a little.
